Transition Terms. Customers that purchased the Subscription Services prior to 18 July 2024, the obligation to use direct debit for their payments and the payment terms of quarterly in advance for Perpetual Order Forms shall apply only from 1 June 2025. Until then, the Perpetual Order Forms shall be billed monthly in arrears.
