TRANSITION TO ERS. 1. The Parties shall ensure a transition to an electronic system for declaring catches as early as possible after the commencement of the provisional application of this Protocol, at a date to be agreed by the Joint Committee. Once it is the case, the modalities for the declaration of catches shall be as follows:
