Transmission and Routing of Telephone Exchange Service Traffic Pursuant to Section 251c2. 5.1 Scope. Article V prescribes parameters for the Local Interconnection Trunk Groups to be effected over the Interconnections specified in Article IV for the transmission and routing of Local Traffic, Information Access Traffic and IntraLATA Toll Traffic between the Parties' respective Telephone Exchange Service Customers.
