Each Market Participant shall establish methodologies for rating the following components, as applicable: Overhead Conductors Underground Cables Power Transformers Series and Shunt Reactive Elements Circuit Breakers Disconnect Switches Current Transformers Line Traps Substation Buses Current Transformer Circuits VAR Compensators HVDC Systems As described in Section 2.4 below, guidelines representative of “Best Rating Practices” for each of the above components are provided in the Appendices.
