TRANSMISSION OF ADVICE. Any such advice, opinion or information may be sent or obtained by letter, telex, telegram, facsimile transmission or cable and in the absence of negligence or wilful misconduct or fraud on the part of the Note Trustee, the Note Trustee shall not be liable for acting on any advice, opinion or information purporting to be conveyed by any such letter, telex, telegram, facsimile transmission or cable although the same shall contain some error or shall not be authentic.
