  • Administrative Fees and Formalities 1. Each Party shall ensure, in accordance with Article VIII:1 of the GATT 1994 and its interpretive notes, that all fees and charges of whatever character (other than import customs duties, charges equivalent to an internal tax or other internal charge applied consistently with Article III:2 of the GATT 1994, and antidumping and countervailing duties) imposed on or in connection with importation or exportation are limited in amount to the approximate cost of services rendered and do not represent an indirect protection to domestic goods or a taxation of imports or exports for fiscal purposes.

  • Processing of a Grievance It is recognized and accepted by the Union and the Employer that the processing of grievances as hereinafter provided is limited by the job duties and responsibilities of the employees and shall therefore be accomplished during normal working hours only when consistent with such employee duties and responsibilities. The aggrieved employee and a Union representative shall be allowed a reasonable amount of time without loss of pay when a grievance is investigated and presented to the Employer during normal working hours provided that the employee and the Union representative have notified and received the approval of the designated supervisor who has determined that such absence is reasonable and would not be detrimental to the work programs of the Employer.

  • Deduction and Transmission of Fee The Board agrees to deduct from the salary of any Employee who is not a member of the Association for the current membership year the full amount of the representation fee referred to in this ARTICLE, above, and promptly will transmit the installments so deducted to the Association. The Board agrees to deduct the representation fee in equal installments, as nearly as possible, from the paychecks paid to each Employee during the remainder of the membership year in question. The deductions will begin thirty (30) days after the Employee begins his employment in a bargaining unit position.

  • Xxxx Xxxxxxxx and Presentment The Service includes a feature that electronically presents you with electronic bills from select Billers. Electronic bills may not be available from all of your Billers. Electronic bills are provided as a convenience only, and you remain solely responsible for contacting your Billers directly if you do not receive their statements. In addition, if you elect to activate one of the Service's electronic bill options, you also agree to the following:

  • Program Requirements Provided At No Charge to the Judicial Council A. The Contractor shall provide the following items during the Program at no charge to the Judicial Council:

  • Presentment The manner in which the items are cleared, presented for payment, and collected shall be in MidFirst’s sole discretion subject to the Account Agreement & Disclosure governing your account.

  • Invoicing for Charges Against the Judicial Council’s Master Account A. The Contractor shall establish a Master Account for the Judicial Council’s charges provided for under the exhibits of this Agreement.

  • Account Monitoring Merchant acknowledges that Servicer will monitor Merchant’s daily deposit activity. Servicer may upon reasonable grounds suspend disbursement of Merchant's funds for any reasonable period of time required to investigate suspicious or unusual deposit activity. Servicer will make good faith efforts to notify Merchant promptly following suspension. Servicer is not liable to Merchant for any loss, either direct or indirect, which Merchant may attribute to any suspension of funds disbursement.

  • Local Church’s Payment Obligations At Closing or otherwise prior to or on the Disaffiliation Date, Local Church shall pay to the Annual Conference, in a manner specified by Annual Conference, the following:

  • Payment Authorization and Payment Remittance By providing the Service with names and account information of Billers to whom you wish to direct payments, you authorize the Service to follow the Payment Instructions that it receives through the Site. In order to process payments more efficiently and effectively, the Service may edit or alter payment data or data formats in accordance with Xxxxxx directives. When the Service receives a Payment Instruction, you authorize the Service to debit your Eligible Transaction Account and remit funds on your behalf so that the funds arrive as close as reasonably possible to the Scheduled Payment Date designated by you. You also authorize the Service to credit your Eligible Transaction Account for payments returned to the Service by the United States Postal Service or Xxxxxx, or payments remitted to you on behalf of another authorized user of the Service. The Service will attempt to make all your payments properly. However, the Service shall incur no liability and any Service Guarantee (as described in Section 3 of the Bill Payment Terms) shall be void if the Service is unable to complete any payments initiated by you because of the existence of any one or more of the following circumstances:
