Transmission Service Charge Relief. Each MWA, Third Party TWA, or TFA customer, whether it elected Grandfathered TCCs or Grandfathered Rights pursuant to Section 17.2.5, shall have the right to inject Energy at the specified Point of Injection and withdraw it at the specified Point of Withdrawal in designated amounts without application of a TSC, provided that the MWA, Third Party TWA, or TFA customer schedules it pursuant to applicable ISO Procedures.
