Transmission to Other Vendors. Vendor shall not transmit or provide the Information to any person for retransmission or redistribution by such person unless authorized per the NASDAQNasdaqUTP Plan Requirements. Vendor shall not transmit or provide the Information to any NASDAQNasdaq Vendor unless such transmission or provision has been previously approved by NASDAQNasdaq, and only in accordance with the provisions of the NASDAQNasdaqUTP Plan Requirements.
Transmission to Other Vendors. Vendor shall not transmit or provide the Information to any person for retransmission or redistribution by such person unless authorized by Nasdaq pursuant to Section 3.01 or unless such person is an Nasdaq Vendor. Vendor shall not transmit or provide the Information to any Nasdaq Vendor unless such transmission or provision has been previously approved by Nasdaq, which approval shall be reflected in Attachment G, and then only in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and Attachment G. Nasdaq shall revise Attachment G from time-to-time to show the Nasdaq Vendors approved to receive the Information from Vendor and shall provide a copy of each such revised Attachment G to Vendor.
