Transmittal of Classified Information. During the pendency of a trial or appeal, classified materials stored in the facilities of another United States Gov- ernment agency shall be transmitted in the manner prescribed by the Executive Branch security regula- tions applicable to the level and category of classified information involved. A trust receipt shall accompany all classified materials transmitted and shall be signed by the recipient and returned to the court security offi- cer.
