Common use of Transmittal of Work Product Clause in Contracts

Transmittal of Work Product. When requested by Agency’s Project Manager, and after completion of each task and subtask, the Consultant shall transmit to Agency all Work Product (duplicates and originals) produced or accumulated in the course of its and its Subconsultants’ work on this Agreement. The Consultant’s Project Manager and Key Personnel shall have thoroughly reviewed and approved all Work Product and signed off as such prior to transmitting them to Agency.
