Common use of Transparency and Public Involvement Clause in Contracts

Transparency and Public Involvement. It is the intent of the Parties that all aspects of the implementation of this Agreement shall be carried out in an open, transparent fashion with opportunities for effective and meaningful public involvement. The Town and University shall take reasonable steps to make information about all aspects of the implementation of this Agreement (including required studies, analysis, plans, reports, and applications) fully available for public review. The Town and University shall take appropriate steps to secure effective and appropriate public involvement in the implementation of this Agreement.
