Transparency in Coverage Rule. For the health care benefits provided under this Agreement that are administered by Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Blue Cross and Blue Shield will (1) to the extent required by 45 C.F.R. § 147.212(b) and applicable guidance, provide you with machine readable files for in-network provider rates, out-of-network provider allowable amounts, and, when administered by Blue Cross and Blue Shield, covered prescription drugs, and (2) to the extent required by 45 C.F.R. § 147.211(b), make available certain cost-sharing information to your Members via an internet based self-service tool.
