TRANSPORTATION COMPENSATION. DSC’s compensation from Solo Cup for the transportation services and management services required of DSC pursuant to this Settlement Agreement is as follows:
TRANSPORTATION COMPENSATION. 6.5.1 Bus drivers shall be compensated at their regular rate of pay for training time required to renew the State Bus Driver’s Certificate. Training hours completed outside of the District must be requested and approved in writing in advance.
