Common use of Transportation of waste and garbage Clause in Contracts

Transportation of waste and garbage. The Lessee shall carry away the waste and garbage generated during the decoration period, and place such waste and garbage in such locations within the building as designated by the Lessor or the property management company designated by the Lessor. If the Lessee uses the waste and garbage cleaning services provided by the Lessor or the property management company designated by the Lessor, the Lessee shall pay the relevant expenses and may not utilize the services provided by any similar contractor.
