Common use of Transshipping Clause in Contracts

Transshipping. Reseller shall not knowingly Transship the Products. Specifically, it shall not sell or transfer any of the Products to any person or entity for resale. Reseller shall not purchase the products from any entity other than Power Products, or a Power Products Authorized Distributor. Reseller shall not obscure or alter in any fashion any Product or its packaging.

Transshipping. Reseller shall not knowingly Transship the Products. Specifically, specifically; it shall not sell or transfer any of the Products to any person or entity for resale. Reseller shall not purchase the products sell or offer for sale any product bearing a trademark, copyright, patent, or name associated with Golight or one of Company’s branded lines of products, which Reseller purchased or obtained from any entity a source other than Power Products, directly from Company or a Power Products from an Authorized Distributor. Reseller shall not obscure or alter in any fashion any Product or its packagingDistributor of the Company.
