Trash Bins. All boxes are to be broken down and neatly placed within the trash bin. No trash shall be permitted to extend above or beyond the edges of the trash container. Lessee shall be subject to additional charges for violation of this requirement. Lessee shall be allowed to use one (1) trash bin area to be designated by Lessor. Should Xxxxxx’s use of the common trash bin become excessive, Lessor may at Lessor’s sole discretion require Xxxxxx at Lessee’s expense, to provide a trash bin for Lessee’s use

Trash Bins. All trash shall be collected and placed at all times in an enclosable bin to be placed in a designated refuse/trash bin area. The designated area shall be located so that the bin will, to the extent possible, be readily accessible from the street.
Trash Bins. Plywood MUST be placed under the wheels of trash bins to prevent damage to the street. Failure to do so will result in a $400.00 fine per incident plus the cost to repair any damage to the street or sidewalk.

  • Cleaning 8.1 CONTRACTOR shall, at his own expenses, at all times keep the premises free from accumulation of debris, waste materials, and rubbish, and at the completion of the work, he shall remove his tools and equipment and all surplus materials, debris, waste material, and rubbish and shall leave the premises in a neat and clean condition. If CONTRACTOR does not attend to such cleaning immediately upon request, OWNER shall have the right to have this work done by others and deduct the cost therefore from the payment due CONTRACTOR hereunder.
