Common use of Trash Removal Clause in Contracts

Trash Removal. The facility shall be free of obvious garbage. Wastebaskets and sanitary napkin receptacles shall be disinfected; free of dirt, spots, debris, and other encrustations, and have a new liner in place. Plastic liners shall be unsoiled and free from holes and secured to the waste basket. The Contractor shall police any spillage of trash, debris, refuse, etc., which is a result of this operation.
