Common use of Travel and Entertainment Clause in Contracts

Travel and Entertainment. Employee is authorized to incur reasonable travel and entertainment business expenses on behalf of the Company. Any expense in excess of $200 must be approved in writing by the Availent Financial CFO by submitting an expense request form. Employee's monthly cell phone xxxx shall be reimbursed by the Company.
