Common use of Travel and Entertainment Clause in Contracts

Travel and Entertainment. The Chief Executive Officer’s expenses incurred for travel, nights away from home, entertainment etc. will be reimbursed by the Company against presentation of vouchers. However, the Chief Executive Officer is entitled to be paid an advance to cover these expenses.
