Travel and Service Information. 1.12.1 The Contracting Body requires to be fully informed of any significant internal or external issues that may affect the provision of the Services e.g. system change, significant incident (Volcanic Ash Cloud) or supplier strike action as soon as they become known by the supplier. Supplier confirmed compliance. 1.12.2 The Contracting Body requires to be notified of any external issues that may affect the provision of the Services e.g. cancelled travel services, as soon as they become known by the supplier. Supplier confirmed compliance. 1.12.3 The Contracting Body must be fully informed of the latest technologies becoming available for booking, fulfilment and any other travel information service and must be offered the adoption of the new technologies where appropriate. Supplier confirmed compliance. 1.12.4 The Contracting Body requires notification and to be advised of the impact of supplier-proposed improvements to any part of the services, as soon as they become known. Supplier confirmed compliance. 1.12.5 The Contracting Body requires the ability to present key messages and/or updates to travel policies to the xxxxxx the booking process.
