Travel Experience Clause Samples
Travel Experience. Each party acknowledges that (i) all Travel Experiences are supplied to Visitors and Guests by third party suppliers and not by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, which is only acting as a facilitator; and (ii) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ does not in any way (directly or indirectly, independently or in conjunction with any party) own, manage, operate or control any Travel Experience. Partner excludes any and all liability in respect of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ which is related to the quality of the Travel Experience.
Travel Experience. The Board will grant a leave of absence, without pay or increment, for cultural travel, unless such absence will adversely affect the instructional program.
