Travel Experience. Each party acknowledges that (i) all Travel Experiences are supplied to Visitors and Guests by third party suppliers and not by Xxxxxxx.xxx, which is only acting as a facilitator; and (ii) Xxxxxxx.xxx does not in any way (directly or indirectly, independently or in conjunction with any party) own, manage, operate or control any Travel Experience. Partner excludes any and all liability in respect of Xxxxxxx.xxx which is related to the quality of the Travel Experience.
