Common use of Travelling during Work Week Clause in Contracts

Travelling during Work Week. Employees when detained for conveyance and while travelling on passenger trains or public transportation from one work location to another on any calendar day, shall be paid for all time travelling between 0600 hours and 2200 hours at the straight time rate if sleeping accommodation is provided; if sleeping accommodation is not provided they shall be paid for all time occupied in travelling at the straight time rate.
