Common use of Treasure Clause in Contracts

Treasure. In the event of discovery by Developer or its employees, during the progress of the work, of any treasures, fossils, minerals or any other articles of value or interest, the Developer shall give immediate intimation to the NRDA. Such treasure or things shall be the property of the NRDA.
