Common use of Treasury Services Clause in Contracts

Treasury Services. a. Prepare for the review by designated officer(s) of the Administrator or the Fund first draft financial information, including preparation of supporting audit workpapers and other schedules, regarding the Fund that will be included in the Fund’s annual report on Form 10-K or quarterly report on Form 10-Q (as mutually agreed upon), including tax footnote disclosures where applicable;
