STEWARDS AND ALTERNATE STEWARDS A. Employees in the bargaining unit shall be represented by one Chief Xxxxxxx and one Shift Xxxxxxx who shall be regular Employees working in the bargaining unit.
Cooperation with Inspector General Grantee understands its duty, pursuant to Section 20.055(5), Fla. Stat., to cooperate with Florida Housing’s Inspector General in any investigation, audit, inspection, review, or hearing. System for Award Management (XXX) Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a XXX.xxx proof of registration and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) number. Grantee will continue to maintain an active XXX registration with current information at all times during which it has an active award under this Agreement.
Subrecipients when submitting financial reporting packages to DEO for audits done in accordance with 2 CFR 200, Subpart F - Audit Requirements, or Chapters 10.550 (local governmental entities) and 10.650 (nonprofit and for-profit organizations), Rules of the Auditor General, should indicate the date that the reporting package was delivered to Subrecipient in correspondence accompanying the reporting package.
Inspector General Each party acknowledges that in accordance with 105 ILCS 5/34-13.1, the Inspector General of the Board of Education of City of Chicago has the authority to conduct certain investigations and that the Inspector General shall have access to all information and personnel necessary to conduct those investigations.
Alternate Work Sites Employees may be assigned or authorized to report to work at an alternative work site(s) and be paid for the time worked.
Determination of Service for Sick Leave with Pay Actual time worked and all leave with pay, except for educational leave, shall be included in determining the pro rata accrual of sick leave credits each month, provided that the employee works thirty-two (32) hours or more in that month.
