Treatment of Loans From Members. Any loans by a Member to the Company (if any), will not be considered Capital Contributions and will not affect the maintenance of such Member’s Capital Account, other than to the extent provided in Section 3.02(c) and Section 3.03(a)(iii), if applicable. The amount of any such loans shall be a debt of the Company to such Member and shall be payable or collectible in accordance with the terms and conditions upon which such loans are made.
