Tree Removal. Removal of significantly damaged trees by cutting the xxxxx flush with the ground. If the disaster incident has damaged or uprooted trees such that the root ball is exposed, causing an immediate hazard and making it impossible to cut flush with the ground, the xxxxx may be pulled and the resulting hole filled. Note: trees located in cemeteries, burial grounds, previously recorded archaeological sites, archaeologically sensitive areas, historic landscapes, and sites of significance to Tribes are not covered by this allowance.
Tree Removal. The Developer shall comply with Chapter 23, “Tree Planting, Protection and Grading”, of the Germantown Code of Ordinances.
Tree Removal. 4.1 Removal of designated tree(s) marked by the Owners, including the xxxxx, located on Owners’ property (i.e. street Right-of-Ways, parks, golf courses, trails, etc.).
4.2 The trunk diameter measured at 4.5 foot above ground, known as diameter at breast height, or DBH.
4.3 For multi-trunk trees the average diameter (DBH) of all main stems shall be considered as the diameter for such trees
4.4 No Public tree, within the City of Lincoln, shall be removed unless identified and marked by the Owners’ Designee for removal.
4.5 Any tree removed/felled shall be removed/felled according to ANSI A300 and ANSI Z133.1
Tree Removal. Trees shall be removed by use of tree-shears, brush hogs, shredders, hydro- axes, chain saws or other suitable equipment. Trees shall be cut as close to the ground as possible with exceptions for rough topography, fence lines or other obvious places where such cutting height is not possible. Under no conditions shall any accumulation of brush, limbs, logs or other debris be allowed in such a manner as to result in a hazard to motorists or pedestrians or to remain on location longer than the time work is performed on the site. Debris in the roadway surface, resulting from the work, shall be removed immediately to avoid possible hazardous conditions. The tree lawn and turf area shall be left in a "lawn raked clean" condition upon completion of any work. Sidewalks, curbs, gutters and pavement areas shall be left in a "broom cleaned" condition upon completion or work. For fallen trees with exposed root balls, the root balls shall be cut free from the soil and removed, roots shall be cut flush with grade, the area shall be raked smooth and surrounding finished areas (sidewalks, curbs, gutters and streets) swept and cleaned of all vegetation and debris. The Contractor shall complete all requested work within the specified time frame on the delivery order, unless otherwise authorized in writing by the County's Representative. All costs associated with tree removal operations including clean up and disposal shall be included in the unit cost for the services.
Tree Removal. We will indemnify you for costs and expenses necessarily and reasonably incurred in removing fallen trees and branches from the premises resulting from damage insured hereby. Provided always that we will not be liable for any amount in excess of £2,500 in respect of any one occurrence.
Tree Removal. 1. Digging tree from its present location and pruning it for transplanting. The Contractor shall remove trimmed fronds, seed spathes, limbs and all debris generated from the site.
2. Palms trees will be tied up with biodegradable Manila hemp or sisal twine.
3. Contractor is required to backfill holes created by the removal with clean fill, hand raking shall be used to obtain a smooth level grade, and sod as required. Plywood shall be used when necessary to prevent ruts. Bottom of root ball shall be set on undisturbed soil.
4. Determining the measurements for palms shall be “clear truck”.
5. Trees shall be handled so that roots, stems and branches are adequately protected at all times from drying out. Trees that cannot be planted immediately on delivery shall be kept well watered.
6. For single-trunk palms, the following minimum clean-cut root ball sizes will be required: Coconut Palm 2-3 foot radius from base of trunk Royal Palm 2-3 foot radius from base of trunk Washingtonian Palm 2-3 foot radius from base of trunk Sabal Palm ½ to 1 foot radius from base of trunk Queen Palm 1 to 1 ½ foot radius from base of trunk Root ball sizes for clustering and other palms will be determined on an individual basis.
7. Hardwood Trees-Root balls shall be 9 inches in diameter per one inch of trunk diameter.
8. To ensure the integrity of the root ball, every precaution must be taken so that it remains intact. During the removal, transportation, and planting of the tree, the Contractor shall exercise care to prevent injury and drying out of the trees.
9. Cuts around the root ball must be made with a sharp spade or axe. Flush clean cuts must be made to avoid tearing or breaking of the roots. If the ball is being dug with a backhoe or trencher, the initial ball should be dug several inches larger than the final ball size. The shaping and final cuts shall be done by hand.
Tree Removal. A. Tree Removal Within Property Limits: Remove trees and shrubs within the limits of construction unless otherwise indicated.
1. Remove trees and shrubs to avoid damage to trees and shrubs designated to remain.
2. Grub and remove tree stumps and shrubs felled within the limits of construction to an authorized disposal site. Fill depressions created by such removal with material suitable for backfill as specified in Section 02223.
B. Tree Removal Outside Property Limits: Do not cut or damage trees outside the limits of construction unless shown to be removed or unless written permission has been obtained from the property owner. Furnish three copies of the written permission before removal operations commence.
Tree Removal. No dead or alive trees shall be removed anywhere in the Park except with Dominions consent
Tree Removal. Removing trees from the road right-of-way as needed to avoid interference with travel, maintenance, or safety will be the responsibility of the entity who owns the road on that portion in which the trees are located.
Tree Removal. Tree removal without consent from the Farm Committee is strictly prohibited. A charge of $50.00 plus the cost of replacement tree or trees will be charged for unauthorized cutting or pruning.
