Trees, Shrubs, Plants and Lawns. We will pay up to 5% of the Amount of Insurance shown for Coverage A — Dwelling for loss to trees, shrubs, plants and lawns on your premises. We will not pay more than $500 for any one tree, shrub, plant or lawn including the cost of removing the debris of the insured property. Coverage applies to loss caused by fire, lightning, explosion, riot, civil commotion, vandalism, malicious mischief, theft, aircraft and vehicles not owned or operated by any resident of your premises.   • Dangerous Materials Tenant shall not keep or have on the Premises any article or thing of a dangerous, flammable, or explosive character that might substantially increase the danger of fire on the Premises, or that might be considered hazardous by a responsible insurance company, unless the prior written consent of Landlord is obtained and proof of adequate insurance protection is provided by Tenant to Landlord.
