Common use of Trial Use Clause in Contracts

Trial Use. Subject to the terms and conditions offered to Customer for trial use and the terms of this Agreement, CA Europe grants to Customer the right to access and use the SaaS on a trial basis, for the period stated in the applicable order form, or if no time stated, for thirty (30) days from the date access is granted.
