Common use of Trial Use Clause in Contracts

Trial Use. In addition to the other terms of this Agreement, as a trial User of the Service, Your right to access and use the Service is limited as provided in the email communication from the Provider acknowledging Your right to use the Service, or as provided in the web pages describing trial use of the Service. This trial Service might be offered later with different features, for a fee, or not at all, as determined by the Provider in its sole discretion. To maintain a consistent quality of service, the Provider reserves the right to suspend trial access to the Service as needed.
