TRIBAL CONSULTANTS. With approval by MANAGER, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, at the request of the BOARD, MANAGER shall pay the costs of the Tribal Consultants.

TRIBAL CONSULTANTS. Upon execution of this Agreement and the Management Agreement and until the Commencement Date, of the signing advance and the monthly advances to SHINGLE SPRINGS, Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) per month shall be used to pay the Shingle Springs Administrative Assistant to the Council and Eight Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($8,600.00) per month will be used to pay SHINGLE SPRINGS Tribal Consulting Attorney. There will be a three percent (3%) annual increase in these fees. Upon execution of this Agreement and the Management Agreement and until the Commencement Date, KAR shall advance SHINGLE SPRINGS. Following the Commencement Date, the Tribal Consulting Attorney and the Administrative Assistant to the Council shall become an expense of the Enterprise and shall be for the term of this Agreement and the Management Agreement. Use and disbursement of the monthly advances shall be at the sole discretion of SHINGLE SPRINGS, and KAR shall have no responsibility for such funds after receipt thereof by SHINGLE SPRINGS. The advances will be disbursed to SHINGLE SPRINGS as Transition Loans pursuant to Section 9.3 of this Agreement.

  • Individual Consultants Services for assignments that meet the requirements set forth in the first sentence of paragraph 5.1 of the Consultant Guidelines may be procured under contracts awarded to individual consultants in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 5.2 through 5.3 of the Consultant Guidelines. Under the circumstances described in paragraph 5.4 of the Consultant Guidelines, such contracts may be awarded to individual consultants on a sole-source basis.

  • Sub-Consultants All sub-consultants shall comply with each and every insurance provision of this Section 3.

  • Consultants Any and all consultant(s), sub-consultant(s), subcontractor(s), or agent(s) to the Architect.

  • Other Consultants The City reserves the right to employ other consultants in connection with the Work.

  • Architects, Consultants and Contractors Landlord and Tenant hereby acknowledge and agree that: (i) the general contractor and any subcontractors for the Tenant Improvements shall be selected by Landlord, subject to Tenant’s approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, and (ii) DGA shall be the architect (the “TI Architect”) for the Tenant Improvements.

  • Employees and Consultants Pubco does not have any employees or consultants, except as disclosed in the Pubco SEC Documents.

  • Independent Consultant 13.1 In the performance of work or services hereunder, Consultant shall be deemed an independent contractor, and any of its agents, employees, officers, or volunteers performing work required hereunder shall be deemed solely as employees of contractor or, where permitted, of its subcontractors. 13.2 Consultant and its agents, employees, officers, or volunteers shall not, by performing work pursuant to this Agreement, be deemed to be employees, agents, or servants of County and shall not be entitled to any of the privileges or benefits of County employment.

  • Employment of Consultants In order to assist the Borrower in carrying out the Project, the Borrower shall employ consultants whose qualifications, experience and terms and conditions of employment shall be satisfactory to the Association. Such consultants shall be selected in accordance with principles and procedures satisfactory to the Association on the basis of the "Guidelines for the Use of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers and by the World Bank as Executing Agency" published by the Bank in August 1981. 1.   • Consultant’s Contract Manager and Other Staffing Identified below are the following: (a) the Consultant’s contract manager for this Approved Service Order, and (b) the Consultant(s) and/or employee(s) of the Consultant who will be principally responsible for providing the services and deliverables. If an individual identified below does not have a current Form 700 on file with the City Clerk for a separate agreement with the City, and is required to file a Form 700, the Consultant must comply with the requirements of Subsection 17.2 of the Master Agreement, entitled “Filing Form 700.”
