Common use of Trimeris Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Trimeris Responsibilities. In accordance with the Research Plan, Trimeris shall assay the Database Mining Compounds, Compounds, and Focused Library Compounds, made available to it pursuant to this Section 2.4.2(a), for in vitro activity in the Target Screening Assay(s) in accordance with the Research Plan, and for purposes of establishing SAR data with respect to such Database Mining Compounds, Compounds, and Focused Library Compounds.

Trimeris Responsibilities. In accordance with the Research Plan, Trimeris shall assay the Database Mining Compounds, Compounds, Compounds and Focused Library Compounds, made available to it pursuant to this Section 2.4.2(a2.4.1(a), for in vitro activity in the Target Screening Assay(s) in accordance with the Research Plan, and for purposes of establishing SAR data with respect to such Database Mining Compounds, Compounds, Compounds and Focused Library Compounds.
