Common use of Trip Insurance Clause in Contracts

Trip Insurance. Outfitter does not offer refunds for any circumstances including inclement weather, illness, or other incapacitation of individual, change in circumstances, loss of opportunity, failure to harvest animals, or any other reason not in the direct control of Outfitter. Trip Insurance, while not required, is highly recommended due to the nature of the industry: Mountainous terrain, in Colorado, in the wintertime. While some credit card companies do cover Trip Insurance in the member agreements, please ensure that you are covered for any possible cancellations prior to booking.
