Common use of TRIP START HAIL Clause in Contracts

TRIP START HAIL. If required when using a Sector Exemption or notified by the Sector 11 Manager that a Trip Start Hail must be completed such hail shall be made prior to leaving 12 port on a trip in which the catch of allocated stocks will count against the Sectors ACE i.e. a 13 sector trip, each Active Vessel must notify their Sector Manager that the vessel is 14 departing on a sector trip by completing a Trip Start Hail. The Trip Start Hail (“TSH”) must 15 include: 16 8.2.1 Operator’s Permit Number
