Tripartite meeting with Garda Commissioner. A formal governance meeting between the Secretary General of the Department, the Chairperson of the Authority and the Garda Commissioner shall be convened if so requested by any of these parties to address specified and significant issues that impact upon relevant responsibilities of the three parties and the relationship between them.
