This Lease is what is commonly called a “Net, Net, Net Lease,” it being understood that Landlord shall receive the rent set forth in Paragraph 3.1 hereof free and clear of any and all other impositions, taxes, liens, charges or expenses of any nature whatsoever in connection with the ownership and operation of the Leased Premises (excluding payments of any mortgage or deed of trust voluntarily incurred by Landlord).
