Troubleshooting. DNSLLC provides customers with technical support regarding the Services via telephone. In the event that DNSLLC is unable to solve a technicalproblem regarding the Services over the telephone, then Customer may request that DNSLLC schedule a technician visit. DNSLLC may charge a fee for such visit in the event that the Services are not covered by the limited warranty described in Section 1 above.
