Common use of Truck Drivers Clause in Contracts

Truck Drivers. a) The Employer will develop and distribute to all drivers a set of guidelines clearly explaining the Employer’s expectations regarding the drivers’ activities on the dock and at the Center. b) A joint committee comprised of management and employees who work on the dock will meet at the call of either party to discuss issues, identify potential improvements on the dock in the areas of safety, security and efficiency and recommend solutions to management. Management will meet with the committee to discuss any recommendations that it does not subsequently implement. A written agenda will be prepared, minutes will be written, including decisions, with a copy forwarded to the Employer’s Head Office.
