Trueup Date. When installation of the System is completed and all necessary governmental approvals and other permits and approvals have been received by Axio Green in connection with the operation of the System, Axio Green shall provide a certificate to Greenfield confirming that the System is capable of generating electricity (the “Interconnection Notice”). The commercial operation of the System will commence on the date specified in the Interconnection Notice (the “Commercial Operation Date”). The Commercial Operation Date shall be the same as the “Trueup Date” .
