Trust Actuary Special Report. Any special report of the Trust Actuary on the Funding Policy Results and Funding Policy Amount is presumed correct unless any Trustee, Union, Employer, Employee or other person contesting such report shows by a preponderance of the evidence that the Trust Actuary made a significant error.
