Funding Policy definition

Funding Policy means the funding policy for the CBE Shared Risk Plan, established in accordance with Article XVIII and the Pension Benefits Act, as amended from time to time. For greater certainty, references to the Funding Policy shall mean the Initial Funding Policy until amended in accordance with Article XVIII and the Pension Benefits Act.
Funding Policy means, in respect of a Research Activity’s Scheme, the guidelines, policies, rules, information booklets, and instructions to applicants for that Scheme that are issued by Health or NHMRC for the year that the Research Activity commences (including any requirements specified on the NHMRC or Health website), as amended by Health or NHMRC from time to time and to the extent that they are not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement;
Funding Policy means the funding policy, as amended from time to time, for the New Brunswick TeachersPension Plan established in accordance with ARTICLE XVII, the TPPA and the Pension Benefits Act.

Examples of Funding Policy in a sentence

  • Should the Trustees select or provide for a self-funded policy, plan or program, no claims for benefits or for liabilities under the Funding Policy, the Health and Welfare Program or the Plan Document shall be brought against any of the Trustees in their individual capacities.

  • In order to effectuate the purpose hereof, the District shall contribute to the Fund the District Contributions according the Funding Policy.

  • Establish and amend, as it deems necessary, the Funding Policy and make all contributions contemplated by the Funding Policy.

  • Employees who participate in the Health and Welfare Program will be required to contribute to the Fund the Employee Contributions determined by the District for the Funding Policy.


More Definitions of Funding Policy

Funding Policy means, in respect of the Priority-driven Collaborative Cancer Research Scheme, the guidelines, policies, rules, information and instructions to applicants for the Scheme that are issued by Cancer Australia, as amended by Cancer Australia from time to time and to the extent that they are not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement;
Funding Policy means the written policy regarding funding for the Plan, established in accordance with the Applicable Legislation and the parameters set out in Section 3.
Funding Policy means the policy adopted by the Trustees pursuant to Article 16.4 or Article 17.2, as applicable, governing the financial basis upon which Benefits are provided to Beneficiaries and setting out the consequences of deficiencies or surpluses in relation to a Plan's liabilities and the consequences of Contribution shortfalls or excesses in relation to the costs of a Plan;
Funding Policy means the funding policy which is attached as Appendix “A” to the Joint Sponsorship Agreement;
Funding Policy means a periodic written analysis of the Plan’s cash-flow history, short-term financial needs, long-term financial needs, sources of money for plan-administration expenses, expected levels and timing of contributions, expected levels and timing of distributions, liquidity needs (including but not limited to the anticipated liquidity required to make benefit distributions), sponsor’s ability to provide future funding, and other significant information which could affect cash-flow or the exercise of discretion to manage the Assets.
