Funding Policy definition

Funding Policy means, in respect of a Research Activity’s Scheme, the guidelines (including grant opportunity guidelines), policies, rules, information booklets, and instructions to applicants for that Scheme that are issued by NHMRC including any requirements specified on the NHMRC website, as amended by NHMRC from time to time and to the extent that they are not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement;
Funding Policy means the funding policy for the CUPE Shared Risk Plan established in accordance with Article XVII and the Pension Benefits Act, as amended from time to time. For greater certainty, references to the Funding Policy shall mean the Initial Funding Policy until amended in accordance with Article XVII and the Pension Benefits Act.
Funding Policy means the funding policy, as amended from time to time, for the New Brunswick TeachersPension Plan established in accordance with ARTICLE XVII, the TPPA and the Pension Benefits Act.

Funding Policy means, in respect of the Priority-driven Collaborative Cancer Research Scheme, the guidelines, policies, rules, information and instructions to applicants for the Scheme that are issued by Cancer Australia, as amended by Cancer Australia from time to time and to the extent that they are not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement;
Funding Policy means the funding policy, as amended from time to time, for the New Brunswick Public Service Pension Plan established in accordance with ARTICLE XVIII and the Pension Benefits Act.
Funding Policy means the written policy regarding funding for the Plan, established in accordance with the Applicable Legislation and the parameters set out in Section 3.
