Funding Policy definition

Funding Policy means the funding policy for the CBE Shared Risk Plan, established in accordance with Article XVIII and the Pension Benefits Act, as amended from time to time. For greater certainty, references to the Funding Policy shall mean the Initial Funding Policy until amended in accordance with Article XVIII and the Pension Benefits Act.
Funding Policy means, in respect of a Research Activity’s Scheme, the guidelines, policies, rules, information booklets, and instructions to applicants for that Scheme that are issued by Health or NHMRC for the year that the Research Activity commences (including any requirements specified on the NHMRC or Health website), as amended by Health or NHMRC from time to time and to the extent that they are not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement;
Funding Policy means the funding policy, as amended from time to time, for the New Brunswick Teachers’ Pension Plan established in accordance with ARTICLE XVII, the TPPA and the Pension Benefits Act.

  • The actuarial methods and assumptions used in such valuations shall be in accordance with generally accepted actuarial principles, and in accordance with the Funding Policy adopted by the Trustees with the approval of the Parties.

  • On the date that pension accrual starts under the UPP for the members of the Plan, the contributions shall be 50/50 and subject to change thereafter as determined by the Sponsors of the UPP, including under any Funding Policy developed by the Sponsors.

  • PROFIT STATUS: This agreement is subject to the Town of Oak Ridge Non-Profit Agency/Organization Funding Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference, and ▇▇▇▇ agrees to comply fully with said policy as a material term and condition precedent to enforceability thereof.
