Common use of Trust Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Trust Evaluation. As promptly as practicable after completion of the evaluation required under Section 4.1 on each Business Day, the Trustee shall subtract all accrued fees, expenses and other liabilities of the Trust from the total value of the Gold held by the Trust determined by the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.1 and all other assets of the Trust. The resulting figure is the "Net Asset Value" of the Trust. The Trustee shall also divide the Net Asset Value of the Trust by the number of Shares outstanding as of the close of business on the date of the evaluation then being made, which figure is the "Net Asset Value per Share." Shares deliverable under a Purchase Order shall be considered to be outstanding for purposes of this Section 4.3 beginning on the first Business Day following the Order Date. Shares deliverable under a Redemption Order shall not be considered to be outstanding for purposes of this Section 4.3 beginning on the first Business Day following the Order Date.
