Trust Recovery of Payments to Creditors. In the event that at any time an amount is paid from the Trust Fund to Bankruptcy Creditors of the Company, the Trustee shall demand that the Company deposit into the Trust Fund a sum equal to the amount paid by the Trust Fund to such Bankruptcy Creditors and, if such payment is not made within ninety days of such demand, the Trustee shall take such action as it deems prudent or advisable to recover payment.
