Trustee and Others May Hold Notes. (a) The Trustee or any Paying Agent or Note Registrar or any other Authorized Agent of the Trustee, or any Affiliate thereof, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and may otherwise deal with the Issuer, or any other obligor on the Notes with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Note Registrar or such other Authorized Agent.

Trustee and Others May Hold Notes. (a) The Trustee or any Paying Agent or Note Registrar or any other Authorized Agent agent of the Company or the Trustee, or any Affiliate thereof, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and, subject to Sections 7.08 and 7.15, may otherwise deal with the IssuerCompany, any Guarantor or any other obligor on the Notes with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Note Registrar or such other Authorized Agentagent.
