Common use of Trustee Compensation and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Trustee Compensation and Expenses. The Trustee shall be entitled to reasonable fees for services hereunder and to reimbursement for all proper costs, charges and expenses including, but not limited to, attorney fees and expenses reasonably incurred in connection herewith, which fees and all such costs, charges and expenses shall be paid from the Perpetual Care Fund or by the Grantor.
