Trustee, Issuer and Noteholders May Call Meeting. The Trustee, the Issuer and the Noteholders may call a meeting of the Noteholders at any time by giving notice thereof as provided in Section 14.4. In case the Issuer, pursuant to a Board Resolution, or the holders of at least 10% in aggregate principal amount of the Notes then Outstanding shall have requested the Trustee to call a meeting of Noteholders, by written request setting forth in general terms the action proposed to be taken at the meeting, and the Trustee shall not have made the mailing of the notice of such meeting within 20 days after receipt of such request, then the Issuer or such Noteholders in the amount above specified may determine the time and the place in the Borough of Manhattan, The City of New York, for such meeting and may call such meeting to take any action authorized in Section 10.1 by giving notice thereof as provided in Section 14.4. Notice of every meeting of the Noteholders shall set forth the time and place of such meeting and, in general terms, the action proposed to be taken at such meeting and shall be given not less than 30 nor more than 60 days prior to the date fixed for the meeting.
