Trustee Not Fiduciary for Holders of Senior. Indebtedness of the Company. The Trustee's duties with respect to holders of Senior Indebtedness and Subsidiary Guarantor Senior Indebtedness are limited to those specifically set forth in this Indenture, and no implied covenants or obligations shall be construed by any provision hereof.
