Trustee to File Proofs of Claim in Receivership, Etc. In the case of any receivership, insolvency, bankruptcy, reorganization, arrangement, adjustment, composition or other judicial proceedings affecting the District or the Leased Property, the Trustee shall, to the extent permitted by law, be entitled to file such proofs of claim and other documents as may be necessary or advisable in order to have claims of the Trustee and of the Certificate Owners allowed in such proceedings for the entire amount due and payable on the Certificates under this Indenture, at the date of the institution of such proceedings and for any additional amounts which may become due and payable by it after such date, without prejudice, however, to the right of any Certificate Owner to file a claim in its own behalf.

Trustee to File Proofs of Claim in Receivership, Etc. In the case of any receivership, insolvency, bankruptcy, reorganization, arrangement, adjustment, composition or other judicial proceedings affecting the Trust Estate, the Trustee shall, subject to the Intercreditor Agreement and to the extent permitted by law, be entitled to file such proofs of claim and other documents as may be necessary or advisable in order to have claims of the Trustee and of the Owners of the Senior Bonds allowed in such proceedings for the entire amount due on the Senior Bonds under this Indenture, at the date of the institution of such proceedings and for any additional amounts which may become due by it after such date, without prejudice, however, to the right of any Owner to file a claim on its own behalf, to the extent permitted hereunder. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to authorize the Trustee to authorize or consent to or accept or adopt, on behalf of any Owner, any plan of reorganization, arrangement, adjustment or composition affecting such Owner or the rights of any Owner thereof, or vote in respect of a claim of any Owner in any such proceeding.
