TRUSTEE'S POWERS TO BE ADDITIONAL. 10.1 The Trustee may, to the extent permitted by law and upon consent of the Company, delegate to any person or company powers and duties under the Schemes and exercise all powers trusts and discretion vested in it hereunder.
