TRUSTEE'S POWERS TO BE ADDITIONAL. The powers conferred upon the Trustee by these presents shall be in addition to any powers which may from time to time be vested in the Trustee by the general law or as a holder of any of the Notes or Coupons.
TRUSTEE'S POWERS TO BE ADDITIONAL. 10.1 The Trustee may, to the extent permitted by law and upon consent of the Company, delegate to any person or company powers and duties under the Schemes and exercise all powers trusts and discretion vested in it hereunder.
